At Manuheali'i, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our unique island-inspired designs. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, including all tags and packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Request an Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include your original packing slip or RMA confirmation before shipping via your preferred trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
